I am is a registered nurse and a naturopath and have been working as a nurse for 26 years. I am originally specialized in reproductive health, and nutritional teaching. I have worked in Saudi Arabia on the high-risk mother baby unit for several years before moving to Australia where I lectured at Griffith University for the nursing department.

I have a Master of Nursing Degree and a Bachelor of Naturopathy degree and I continue in taking courses yearly to offer you the latest information on natural medicine. Trauma counselling and recovery using cognitive behavioural therapy and kinesiology (multiple neuro techniques to release trauma are applied). I have done extra work in kinesiology for sports injury, acupuncture, bio mesotherapy for sports injury management and is also a remedial massage therapist. I help people recover from injury and incorporate Pilates where needed.

In the last 20 years of my live I have started a journey of exploring the healing arts outside of mainstream practice. I started out as a naturopath, herbalist and acupuncturist. I then moved on to kinesiology and using tuning forks and eventually offering energy with my hands as well. During my journey I started seeing a group standing at the end of the bed of my patients helping with their healing sessions. I did not know who it was then. When the Tompkin exchange started I knew then who it was holding onto people's feet and offering them healing energy. It was Tompkin and others! I still do some work with others, but I prefer to do work with horses. I do acupuncture, massage and bowen on horses. Much of my naturopathy is now practiced via distance on zoom and some privately in my clinic here in QLD, Australia.

Online Consult

I have expanded my knowledge over the years by including acupuncture, bowen and kinesiology. However an online consult will be done a bit differently. An online consult can address your health issues with a zoom health assessment, hair testing and lab testing can all be sent to your house and then appropriate herbs or homeopathy prescribed. If you have a diagnosis from your doctor I can work with that as well and offer natural healing solutions for you to apply. I can do heavy metal testing, gut flora analysis, allergy testing and general labs to get to the bottom of your health care issues. All the labs utilised are proper qualified labs in Australia, for those overseas, some extra fees may apply or you may need to access your medical doctor to complete the tests under your medical management system of your own country.
